What Lloyds TSB wanted
Lloyds TSB appointed us to launch their consumer new and used car selling operation. (Car Select targeting c16 million banking customers, two Black Horse Car Sales used car super-sites in Birmingham and Cars 4 staff specifically targeting 100,000 staff members).
What we did
Via a mix of PR, DM, awareness advertising and CRM programmes, we focused on the aspirations of buying a car, with the
reassurance of the Bank’s brand equity, counteracting the negativity normally associated with the car sales market.
What was the result
Lloyds TSB have become the second largest buyers and sellers of new and used cars in the UK and they continue to work
with us across their marketing activity.
